Our normal response times:

Malfunctions reported from MON-THUR from 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., FRI from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

In the event of a fault, first we record the nature of the fault and locate it, and then we try to clarify or resolve it over the telephone. If action on site is required, this will take place as quickly as possible. However, a service technician will be on site no later than 24 hours after reporting the malfunction, taking into account travel times.

Malfunctions reported on FRI after 11:00 a.m. and on weekdays before public holidays:

In the event of a fault, first we record the nature of the fault and locate it, and then we try to clarify or resolve it over the telephone.
If action on site is required, this will take place as quickly as possible. However, a service technician will be on site within 24 hours of the following Monday or working day, taking into account travel times.
