Minimization of production downtimes
We are available 24 hours around the clock by telephone and your request will be processed immediately after notification, or at the latest on the next working day immediately and without delay.
In urgent cases, such as an impending production stoppage, or after prior consultation, our service team is also available for you on weekends or public holidays.
Our normal response times:
fault messages from MO-DO from 6.30 – 16.00 o’clock – FR from 6.30 – 11.°° o’clock
In the case of fault messages, the type of fault is first recorded, localised and an attempt is made to clarify or resolve it by telephone. If an intervention on site becomes necessary, this will be carried out as soon as possible, but at the latest a service technician will be on site within 24 h after the report, taking travel times into account.
Fault messages FR after 11.°° C and on working days before public holidays:
In the case of fault messages, the type of fault is first recorded, localised and an attempt is made to clarify or resolve it by telephone.
If an on-site visit is necessary, it will be carried out as soon as possible, at the latest, however, a service technician will be on site within 24 hours on the following Monday or working day, taking travel times into account.
